First of all, there's no such thing as a marriage licence in Australia. In order to be married in Australia, a couple must lodge their Notice of Intended Marriage with an Authorised Marriage Celebrant at least a month before their intended wedding day. Your celebrant will also need to sight proof of date and place of birth before the marriage, and your divorce certificate if you've been married before.
