Wedding at Drevesen Park Rotunda, Manly

Garry and Fiona, both widowed, met at dancing. Fiona watched Garry dancing, and saw him to be courteous and quiet. At the next social dance, she invited him to waltz. Garry felt a spark, and butterflies in his tummy. They met up later for a coffee and a chat, and from that moment on, they were inseparable. Garry and Fiona fell together. It just worked. They make a great team: Fiona cooks, and Garry barbecues.
When Garry proposed just before Christmas, Fiona excitedly accepted, and they started planning their simple wedding day.
The couple booked the rotunda at Drevesen Park, Manly, and gathered there with a few close friends and family members on a beautiful sunny Autumn afternoon.
Garry had a tear in his eye as he watched Fiona walk towards him, elegant in a flowy sky blue gown.
After the pair made their vows to each other, they enjoyed a dance in the rotunda to, "I want to dance with somebody" by Whitney Houston.
Following the ceremony, the couple joined their guests for a relaxed dinner at the Boat House.
They honeymooned on a Murray River Cruise.
Congratulations to the lovely couple, may you enjoy each day together, dancing and caravanning.
The couple wrote me a lovely review, "I would like to recommend Cheryl Landsberry as your marriage celebrant,we had our wedding ceremony yesterday and it could not have been more perfect,it was solemn it was fun Beautiful words spoken by Cheryl ,we as a couple would highly recommend using Cheryl for your wedding celebrant ,oh yes and she ordered beautiful weather,as well. Quirky Micro Wedding in a Brisbane Backyard

Dee Dee and Sam mixed and matched a little tradition and a little quirkiness for their own unique wedding party. They started with an engagement party in the backyard of their new home, inviting friends and family from near and far.

On the following Sunday morning, they celebrated their legal marriage ceremony with an intimate and legal wedding at their home.
Sam wore a three piece blue suit, with a fresh hair cut, shiny shoes, and a blue tie. He told Dee Dee that she challenged him and encouraged him, and his life had been one big adventure since they met.
Dee Dee wore a fabulous embossed mini dress by Elliatt, with Doc Marten boots, topped with a bridal white veil. Her luminous smile sparkled more than her jewelled earrings, as she surprised Sam with her apt vows.

Highschool Sweethearts wed at Redland Bay Golf Club

Ella and Joseph first met in high school.
Ella plucked up the courage to send Joseph a message during the school holidays, and from that moment on, they hit it off and chatted back and forth easily.
When the school term started, they walked home from school together, and they looked forward to that daily time spent together.
Fast forward seven years, and the couple celebrated their marriage in front of family and friends at Redland Bay Golf Club.

Ella looked like a fairy tale princess in a strapless, shimmery gown, with a blush underlay. Her long veil reached the ground and sat atop the train of her beautiful dress. Joseph was handsome (but very warm!) in a grey, three piece suit.
Joseph and Ella put a lot of thought into the vows they made to each other - and I was glad that videographers were present to capture this moment for the couple.
After predicted rain for their wedding day, the skies could not havce been bluer, and even though the Plan B location on the deck at the Golf Club is lovely, the couple were thrilled to see the sun as they prepared for the day.

Wedding at Port Office Hotel, Brisbane

Bec and Tom first met when Bec was babysitting Best Man Ben’s children. Ben thought that Bec and Tom would get along, so he introduced them to each other.

When they first met, Tom noticed that Bec was pretty and she had an easy sense of humour.
Bec noticed that she and Tom just clicked straight away.
They met up a few times when Tom worked in Brisbane and Bec spent a few weekends visiting Tom at his home town. And then they decided they had nothing to lose and took a leap of faith to just dive into life together.
Tom wrote a fabulous rhyming poem to propose to Bec, and she excitedly accepted. They set about planning their wedding day.
Bec and Tom decided on an intimate ceremony, with an emphasis on family and close friends. They contacted the team at Elope Brisbane to organise all the details for them.
Rain was forecast for their wedding day, so Bec and Tom went with their Plan B ceremony location. The staff at the Port Office Hotel, where the reception was to be held, offered an adjoining function room for an indoor ceremony. The team at Miss Weddings set up the hexagonal arbour against the mirrored wall.
Bec walked down the aisle on the arm of her dad to "If you love her" by Forest Blakk. She was gorgeous in a white, satin off the shoulder frock, with her brunette hair curled and held back on one side with a diamonte clip. Tom wore a sharp suit with a white rose boutonniere, as did the groomsmen. The bridesmaids wore caramel coloured silky dresses.
The ceremony was light, with a little humour, telling the story of the couple. The guests were delighted to hear Tom's proposal poem included in the ceremony.

After the ceremony and some family snaps, the couple were able to make the most of a break in the weather for some memory making photos around the City Botanic Gardens.
Bec wrote, "Cheryl was incredibly lovely and very helpful. She guided us through all our questions and answered them promptly. She reassured us that everything was in order and left our minds at ease. We are truly grateful for the beautiful ceremony she provided us. We woudn't of had it any other way."

Micro Wedding at Brisbane Botanic Gardens, Mount Coot-tha

With Temisi's family overseas, Verna and Temisi decided on a micro wedding at the Brisbane Botanic Gardens, Mount Coot-tha, with just Verna's immediate family present. They asked the team at Elope Brisbane to capture the day with both still photos and videography, in order to share the memories with friends and family near and far.

On a day forecast to rain, we were fortunate to have clear skies for the ceremony. Verna looked just lovely wearing a white veil atop her curled, glossy hair, with a strapless satin white dress which featured a cheeky split at the leg. Temisi was casually elegant in a fitted navy suit with a white shirt.
The couple exchanged their vows at the leafy Palm Tree Lawn at the Gardens, then captured some family snaps around the gardens before heading out to a celebratory lunch.
Verna wrote, "Thank you so much, Cheryl. You are a true professional and kept the vibe down to earth. Thank you for taking the time to get to know us and pronounce our names correctly, we are so appreciative. We would highly recommend Cheryl as your celebrant - it's the little things that count and Cheryl's keen eye for detail helped nail our special day. Thank you."
Congratulations to the gorgeous couple.
