Lilac micro wedding at Mount Coot-tha
High school sweethearts Demi and Aaron slipped off for an intimate micro wedding in the Brisbane bushland, surrounded by just their immediate families.
When they first met in year 11, Aaron cleverly borrowed Demi's phone in maths to "use the calculator function" and instead slipped his phone number into her contact list. They grew together as individuals and as a couple, and decided that they couldn't imagine their lives without each other.
Demi chose the colour lilac for her bridesmaids which is one of my favourite colours.
She walked down the aisle to "Beautiful in White" by Shane Filan.
The team at Elope Brisbane coordinated the event so that Demi and Aaron just had to find their outfits and wedding rings and turn up on the day. How is that for a stress free plan?
Stylist Mel from Miss Weddings provided the arbour with white draping and the flowers were from Redlands Florist.
Celebrant Cheryl Landsberry kept the ceremony relaxed and intimate.
Photographer Romana Saeheng captured some beautiful photos of the couple.
And Demi turned up in a super cool hotrod!
