Hannah and Levi’s Wedding at Sure Thing Chapel - A Family Focused Ceremony on a Stormy November Afternoon

  • The anticipation was thick in the air as dark clouds gathered over Capalaba on a hot November afternoon. Storms were forecast, and the humidity outside threatened to dampen spirits, but inside the air conditioned comfort of Sure Thing Chapel, everything was set for a beautiful celebration. The venue was a true oasis—a perfect choice for Hannah and Levi’s wedding day. The brief for the ceremony was family focused and relaxed, avoiding fuss and stress.

Levi cut a striking figure as he arrived, looking every bit the proud groom in a crisp white shirt paired with a bold red tie. His excitement and joy were palpable, and he greeted guests with a wide smile that set the tone for the day. He was followed down the aisle by son, Jimmy, nephews Sam and Diesel, daughters Blair and Aurora, and niece Jasmine. Hannah, radiant as ever, glided into the chapel on the arm of her mum in a stunning white wedding dress, its train trailing elegantly behind her. She held a bouquet of white roses, classic and understated, perfectly complementing her look.

The ceremony became even more meaningful with the presence of Hannah and Levi’s three children, standing with them as they pledged their love and commitment. The girls wore matching pink floral dresses, their excitement shining through as they watched their parents make their vows. Jimmy, their son, looked handsome in a white shirt just like his dad, shyly presenting the wedding rings.

As the couple exchanged vows, the atmosphere inside was calm and joyous, filled with laughter, tears and promises for the future. Guests were able to fully enjoy the ceremony, undistracted by the weather, grateful for the thoughtful choice of venue.

  • After a few family photos, guests enjoyed afternoon tea put together by Hannah’s mum, Leisa, with a band of willing helpers. Hannah and Levi joined their guests after some photos at Cleveland Point nearby.
