Micro wedding at Lagoon View Nursery, Redland Bay

22 years after they first met, Clair and Darren decided to marry in a micro wedding at Lagoon View Nursery, Redland Bay.

Clair walked into the ceremony on the arm of her dad, looking relaxed in a boho white gown from her favourite shop, Tree of Life. She carried a bouquet made for her by her very good friend, Karen.

Darren, a quietly spoken gentleman, looked every bit the smitten groom in a smart navy suit with a burgundy tie and pocket square. He personalised his outfit by adding the pin of his favourite football club.

After a sweet ceremony, the couple’s friends snapped some pretty pictures around the beautifully landscaped gardens at the nursery.

Winter Wedding at Redland Bay Golf Club

Storm and Pierre first met at high school, where Pierre was the pesky twin brother of Storm's best friend, Clarisse.

For their five year anniversary, Storm and Pierre planned a three week road trip to Cairns. On their first stop, on a beautiful beach at Elliott Heads near Bundaberg, Pierre proposed. And Storm excitedly accepted. They set about planning their wedding day.
The couple chose a cocktail style function at Redland Bay Golf Club for their casual celebrations. They loved that the ceremony and reception could be held at the one convenient location.
Pierre and his groomsmen made a grand entrance to the venue in a Classic Mini, which the guests enjoyed. Then Storm walked down the aisle with her dad, preceded by her bridesmaids. After so much build up and planning, she was serene and beautiful in a white lace dress with a fitted plunge bodice.

Their ceremony, which we crafted with a little back and forth, was just the right mix of sweet and sass. The couple wrote beautiful vows to each other, which they read from little vow books. As they walked back down the aisle, under a shower of confetti from confetti canons, Pierre dipped Storm for a kiss, resulting in this epic photo.

After the ceremony and some family snaps, the wedding party took off around the golf course with their photographer for some timeless pics.
The couple then joined their guests on the deck of the clubhouse to enjoy the afternoon winter sunshine with canapes, drinks, and music.

Wedding at Point Lookout, North Stradbroke Island

On the 12 year anniversary of Riley asking Amy to be his girlfriend, the couple married in a beautiful and intimate ceremony at North Stradbroke Island.

The couple incorporated their wedding day into a weekend getaway, and booked accommodation at Point Lookout. They asked the team at Elope Brisbane to take care of their wedding details, so they could just enjoy each day of being an engaged couple.
Amy and Riley chose hot pink and forest green as their wedding colours, and selected a bamboo arbour with matching florals and dual draping. Amy coloured her long locks a vibrant magenta colour, and donned a hunter green faux fur wrap as the afternoon cooled. Riley wore a sage green jacket with light trousers.
Despite the gorgeous couple and the stunning coastal location, all eyes were on the ringbearer, Border Collie Memphis, who was perfectly behaved and just adorable.

Amy and Riley spent some time crafting their vows to each other, with Amy promising to let Riley handle the spiders in their future life together. Riley told Amy he would walk beside her until they are old and grey, unless he could convince her to also colour his hair, when he would walk beside her until they are old and magenta.
After the sweetest ceremony, the couple took advantage of the epic Stradbroke Island landscapes for some timeless photos, before heading back to their holiday home for a catered feast.
Amy wrote a beautiful review, "We had the absolute pleasure of working with Cheryl as our celebrant for our wedding, and we couldn't be more grateful for her guidance and warmth throughout the entire process.
Our journey with Cheryl began in December 2023. From the moment we met her, she took the time to explain all our obligations and asked insightful questions to truly understand who we are as a couple. Her genuine interest in our story made us feel instantly comfortable and confident in her ability to craft a ceremony that reflected us perfectly.
In the lead-up to our big day, Cheryl was always available to assist with writing our wedding vows and tying up any loose ends. Her support and encouragement made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
The day itself was nothing short of perfect. Cheryl wrote a beautiful ceremony that captured our love and commitment in the most heartfelt way. Her presence was calming and reassuring, and she guided us through the ceremony with grace and ease.
Thanks to Cheryl, our wedding was everything we had hoped for and more. Her dedication, warmth, and professionalism made our day unforgettable. We highly recommend Cheryl to anyone looking for a celebrant who will make your special day truly magical.
Thank you, Cheryl, for helping us tie the knot in such a beautiful and effortless way!"
